Anyone have an idea of how to get rid of THIS?

So here’s another problem area of mine:

This is my butt and thigh. Even though I’m now 122 pounds this weird lump under my left butt cheek won’t go away no matter how much I work out. I’ve always had stretch marks and cellulite— nothing can fix that. But why won’t this go away? And it’s not on my right butt cheek or thigh. So I’m confused.

To be fit does NOT mean to be a twig. When I think of a woman who is fit, I think of muscle and being toned. So girls, flaunt your big ol’ muscular thighs and arms. It means you’re healthy! So are the girls who are a bit heavier. As long as you’re running, working out, and gaining muscle…flaunt it! :)
